Welcome to Putnam.app! To get started, download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once installed, you can browse local directory listings and access community information.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

You can sign up directly through the app. Enter your email address on the landing page to receive updates and be notified when the app is available for download.

IS THE APP FREE TO USE?

Putnam.app offers both free and premium features. Basic directory access is available to all users, with additional features available through subscription options.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY INFORMATION?

You can update your profile information directly in the app settings. Navigate to your profile section and select "Edit Profile" to make changes.

HOW DO I REPORT AN ISSUE?

If you encounter any issues or bugs, please use our contact form to report them. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.

WHAT DEVICES ARE SUPPORTED?

Putnam.app is available for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. The app requires iOS 13.0 or later, or Android 8.0 or later.

HOW DO I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

To delete your account, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. For assistance, please contact us.

TROUBLESHOOTING

APP WON'T LOAD

Check your internet connection
Close and restart the app
Update to the latest version of the app
Restart your device

CAN'T SIGN IN

Verify your email address and password
Check if you've verified your email address
Try resetting your password
Contact support if issues persist

LOCATION NOT WORKING

Ensure location services are enabled in your device settings
Grant location permissions to Putnam.app
Check if GPS is enabled on your device
